At the Castleman Eye Center, we have performed over 40,000 vision correction procedures; therefore, allowing us the luxury of offering the best quality at an affordable price.
A brief complimentary assessment by an ophthalmic technician may inform you if you are a candidate. This is not a complete exam and if you are a candidate, you will need to schedule a more detailed consultation with the Doctor. The fee for the refractive consultation is $95, which will be applied to your procedure if you schedule a CustomVue treatment.
LASIK is the number one elective surgery in the United States and is more affordable than ever with financing available as low as $10/month. (Some restrictions may apply)
Your employer may offer a "flex" spending account, which allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for your LASIK procedure; a few insurances do cover the procedure. Check with your employer today to see if these options are available to you.
